Cheddar stuffed chile rellenos crusted with blue corn meal

soup du jour, green salad, sorbet, slow-roasted beef tenderloin served with
mushroom and bourbon demi-glace, finished tableside, fresh baked bread, and your choice of Rebecca’s array of desserts. $150 per couple (minimum of two guests)

Classic flambéed desserts are a great, refreshing dessert especially after a hearty meal. All selections are sautéed in butter and brown sugar, flambéed and served over vanilla ice cream.

Murder Mystery Weekend:

February 22-23-24, Includes two nights lodging, social and dinner Friday and Saturday nights, breakfast Sunday morning. Can you be the detective that solves the murder? Come and find out if you are the next Sherlock. $520 per couple. Local non-lodging rate available.

New Year’s Eve at the Pavilion:

Come ring in the New Year with us at the Pavilion with the rockin’ Rosewater Blues! They will be playing all your favorites from 9pm to 1am on December 31st. Champagne toast at 10pm and midnight, free snacks and goodies all night, cash bar. $30 per couple, $15 for single 12 and over.
