Spa Cancellation Policy & Gift Certificate Requirements

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to your appointment time.

Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice  will be charged 50 % of each service cost. Clients who do not show up for their appointments without giving a minimum of 12 hour notification will be charged 50 % of each service cost.

We recognize the time of our clients, and staff is valuable, therefore we have implemented this policy for this reason. 

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that time slot.

Additionally, our spa staff is in an “on call” status, independently contracted,  and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

 All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card ready when booking.

You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.

 Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Gift Certificate Requirements

When booking a service that you have a gift certificate for please give the Certificate #, Purchase date along with the name of the person who purchased the Gift Certificate as well as the value.

Gift Certificate must be presented to receive the service. If the gift certificate is not present a different method of payment will be required.

The Lodge has re-opened for limited occupancy lodging and dining in Rebecca’s as well as our patio and garden gazebo area. 

In keeping with the guidelines set forth by the Governor of the State of New Mexico, The Lodge will open 50% of our rooms to guests, and the dining room up to 25% capacity. ALL guests and employees will wear masks or face coverings at all times. Our staff is cleaning and disinfecting to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
